We personally verify the origin of the honey, ensuring that it comes from reputable sources right here in our community. This close relationship with local beekeepers allows us to maintain a transparent supply chain and support the local economy.

Our plan is to create a collection of 20+ exquisite varieties, including seasonal offerings that capture the essence of each time of year. From the warmth of summer blossoms to the crispness of autumn harvests, our meads will be a reflection of the seasons.
